The Eades: A Bold Landmark for 2026 and Beyond in Walthamstow BTR
We're proud to kick off 2026 by unveiling our latest Build-to-Rent (BTR) project: The Eades, a vibrant new community in the heart of Walthamstow.
In partnership with Long Harbour and operated by Way of Life, this landmark scheme blends design-led thinking, sustainability, and smooth operational delivery. AGC BTR was selected to procure and install furniture for 337 of the 495 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, working closely with the operator to ensure a seamless delivery through to installation. With its scale, quality, and cultural inspiration, The Eades sets a new benchmark for London’s BTR offering, and we're proud to have played a key role in bringing it to life.

Bringing our full-service interior expertise to one of London’s most exciting new rental destinations, we focused on combining thoughtful design with operational efficiency. From bespoke ottoman lift beds that maximise storage without compromising style, to a memorable pop of colour on the sofas, every element was signed off in close collaboration with the client. We also partnered with a fellow B Corp to supply responsibly made sofas and feature chairs, aligning the project with our shared ESG goals. It's a testament to how considered design and sustainability can go hand in hand.
A LANDMARK DEVELOPMENT FOR WALTHAMSTOW
The Eades is a landmark development designed by Assael Architecture, comprising 495 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments across two striking towers rising 34 and 27 storeys high. Wrapped in glazed terracotta cladding, the towers form a new focal point for central Walthamstow and underpin broader regeneration plans including a re-landscaped town square.

Inspired by Walthamstow’s rich design heritage and creative energy, The Eades is a living tapestry of individual and collective expression. This concept guided every design decision, from communal layouts to the smallest finishing touches. It’s a space that feels personal yet connected, with interiors that speak to the area's cultural vibrancy.
