Located in a historic townhouse in St James’s, the Walpole Townhouse Walpole Townhouse is more than just an office—it’s a statement of elegance, craftsmanship, and innovation.

Hospitality

AGC BTR was chosen by Ede Homes to collaborate on refurbishing The Feathers Hotel, a prestigious establishment in the heart of Woodstock, Oxfordshire. The intent was to create a boutique hotel with a welcoming charm, creating a destination venue while fostering a loyal, returning clientele.

Build-To-Rent

To design, supply and install FF&E for the amenity spaces within Kings Cross first BTR development. Catering to 218 apartments, the amenity spaces provide a sanctuary for the residents.

Hospitality

Appointed by Ede Homes, AGC BTR were brought in to furnish 19 hotel rooms of a newly refurbished Grade II listed self check-in hotel, set in the heart of Abingdon, Oxfordshire. Inspired by the ambiance of boutique hotels, AGC BTR had created different personalities for each room, whilst creating a cohesive feel to the building.

Appointed by Knight Dragon, AGC BTR were brought in to furnish 70 apartments across 3 of the 5 buildings. Inspired by the riverside views, a concept of light and dark colour palettes complemented by the open-plan living was curated for the stylish apartments.

At the end of 2017, AGC BTR partnered with Grainger LLC, the UK’s largest listed residential landlord, to create an exclusive collection for Argo Apartments. We were instructed to provide furnishings for the communal areas and 134 apartments.
