THE DEVELOPMENT.

Appointed in 2022, AGC BTR worked closely with PIC to create two schemes to furnish a mix of studio, one, two and three bed apartments. The Wiltern will be managed by Amro Living who have been involved in the design process along with award wining architects HTA. AGC attended multiple workshops and design meetings with all shareholders to ensure the schemes and design throughout the building was consistent. In the later stages of the project AGC BTR have been working with Savills to align the install and leasing schedule.
