AGC BTR was appointed to lead the interior dressing of Dolphin Square, a historic development in the heart of Pimlico, London SW1. Our brief was to elevate all communal and amenity areas across the scheme, including the reception, café bar, co-working zones, bookable meeting rooms, and terraces. AGC BTR worked with GRID Architects & Interiors to compliment their designs to create a cohesive, resident-focused environment that supports modern lifestyles. Through a considered palette and quality furnishings, we brought warmth, functionality, and a sense of community to one of London’s most recognisable rental destinations.
